We just finished the first phase of this project. We are doing a tenant improvement for a up coming ice cream restaurant (C4 Creamery). This phase included removing carpet, partition walls, cabinetry, electrical and plumbing so the floor could be sanded and prepped to do a sealed finish concrete floor.
